Returns:

We do accept returns within 30 days from the postal date. However please not that there is a 15% handling charge unless it is a manufacturers fault. We may be able to waive some of this charge if you wish to swap for another item. Normal postage and packaging charges apply to swaps.

Pre-Orders:

Where an item is pre-ordered we require a 25% non-returnable deposit.

Reserved Bears:

Where you wish to reserve a bear we require a 25% deposit with full payment within 4 weeks. We reserve to charge an administration fee where orders are not fully paid after the 4 week period.

Despatch Period:

Our normal despatch period is 3 - 5 working days. We always e-mail you to confirm that despatch has occurred. We will also advise where any slight delays may be possible in periods of high demand.
